My name is Dale, and I’m a toy tragic. Well, not just toys … comics too and quirky items of pop culture.
Some say I’m a child trapped in a man’s body. Others say it’s a desperate attempt to regain my childhood as I get older and face my own children growing up. I say it’s just fun – it’s my little slice of enjoyment in amongst mortgages, school choir performances, car repairs and and work. I’ve been collecting toys and comics since I was a kid, but it’s mostly been once I hit adulthood that I truly found the joy for me that comes from collecting these things.
This blog is a few things. Firstly, it’s a way for me to write about the enjoyment that I get from collecting, and for me to tell you about particular items in my collection. Secondly, it’s about reviewing toys that are appearing out there and that are interesting to collectors.
I’d also like to hear from you about what you think of the toys and collectibles that I write about!
